We advised Korona Invest on the sale of NMAC Group Oy

We acted as the legal adviser to Korona Invest in the sale of approximately 92 per cent of the shares in NMAC Group Oy to Prevas AB.

Founded in 1983, NMAC Group Oy, through its subsidiary Enmac Oy, has a well-established market presence in Finland and is a leading expert in solutions in technical engineering and product development, offering solutions that integrate mechanical assemblies, automation, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Operating from eight locations including Tampere, Kotka, Pori, Rauma, Oulu, Raahe, Vaasa, and Kemi, Enmac employs 200 engineering and product development experts and generated a turnover of EUR 23 million in 2023.

The acquisition is subject to customary regulatory approval.
